Kelly Bruner and ClientMy name is Kelly Bruner. I am a certified personal trainer who specializes in creating fitness programs for older adults and I would love the opportunity to help you achieve your fitness goals.

It is estimated that by 2030, there will be 70 million Americans over the age of 65 and studies show a relationship between mature adults who lead active life styles and those who are inactive. Physically active people typically enjoy fitter, more functional and independent lives.

I have found that many mature adults fail to exercise because they find the idea of starting a fitness program at their age too overwhelming. I encourage my clients to strive for progress rather than perfection and emphasize that progress occurs one baby step at a time!
